Island Delight
Ingredients
• 1 ounce Cherry
Vodka
• 1/2 ounce White Rum
• 1/2 ounce Dark Rum
• 3 tablespoons
Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 ounce Whipped Cream
• 1 teaspoon Grenadine
Syrup
Preparation
Blend vodka, rums and ice cream briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in blender.
Pour into tall cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle grenadine on top.
